VEL: Wellness provides specialized wellness and telehealth services designed to support balance, vitality, and long-term health. Our care is not intended to replace your primary care provider (PCP).

We encourage all clients to maintain an ongoing relationship with their PCP for routine checkups, preventive screenings, management of chronic conditions, urgent concerns, and emergency care.

VEL: Wellness is a supplement to your overall health plan — offering concierge-level support in areas such as weight management, peptide therapies, and regenerative wellness.

Clinical questions should be directed through our HIPAA-secure telehealth platform.

Typical response time: 1–2 business days.

Telehealth messages are not for urgent concerns; emergencies must be handled through 911 or local emergency care.
📅 Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee equal to the scheduled session.

Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward services deemed appropriate by your provider.

Honor Appointment Policies — Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Respect Boundaries — Understand that some therapies are not FDA-approved for every use, and that results may vary.
Seek Emergency Care When Needed — Contact 911 or your local emergency department for urgent medical needs, as VEL: Wellness is not an emergency provider.
Financial Responsibility — Ensure timely payment for services, understanding that VEL: Wellness is a self-pay, non-insurance practice.
